What is RSS and how do I use it?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Subscribing to an RSS feed means that rather than having to visit a website - the website sends any updates directly to your RSS reader. The best thing about RSS is that it will save you time.

You can subscribe to our RSS feed by either clicking on the yellow logo or click on the blue RSS logo in the address line of the browser.
